I like those stats, I was personall thinking somethign simple like

+10% damage
+5% accuracy

-5% magazine? So 0.6 less bullets?

lol, I meant 15%, so it would be about 2 rounds less, but to make it easier, lets just say 2-3 less rounds

+40% damage
+Crits give back 20 health per shot
-20% firing rate
-33% clip size
-25% slower reload speed

These stats give the weapon a strong yet slow feel. The stats are made to kill quickly, usually in a single magazine. The damage increase makes up for all the downsides, and the crits part is there as a bonus to help it out. These stats are best for people with excellent aim, as you want to kill them with just the first clip or you're screwed.

+50% accuracy
-50% reload speed
+10% damage

+85% accuracy
+15% damage
+can headshot for minicrits
-50% clip size
-30% rate of fire
-30% reload speed

+ 5% clip size
+ 50% refill speed
- 25% damage

Personelly i think it look's more like a handgun so maybe:

+15% damage

-30% Firing speed

-30/40% clip size

But that's just me.

PROS:
+10% damage done
+55% reload speed.

CONS:
-50% clip size.
No random critical hits.

Technically a weapon that reloads super quick, but only has 3 bullets.

Pros:
+25% damage
+10% accuracy
Mini-crits on headshot

Cons:
-50% firing speed
-25% reload speed
7 bullets in a clip
No random crits

Less of spray-and-pray bullet hose and more of marksman's gun.
