Thinking about it, this will probably have to replace your secondary weapon (shotgun) so that you're forced to focus on the rocket launcher. You will rocket jump, or normally jump, and be able to take a descending float, shooting rockets towards the enemy from a top vantage point (limited to the speed of your descent.) To take the advantage point again, you will need to deal with the damage that you give yourself from the jump, and the pro-longed exposure to enemy fire when they aren't hiding themselves from your incoming shots.
I personally think there should be a delay timer between available usage, and some type of slow healing from the single rocket jump, which propelled you, that replaces the exact amount of health lost to the damage from the jump during the refilling of the timer.
Awesome design and concept. Can't wait!
