What happened before your issue?: I placed a Blood IV next to a horizontal steel hospital bed.

Expected result: Blood IV provides medical tend quality offset and surgery success chance multiplier bonuses, as stated in description.

Actual result: Offset and multiplier values are "inactive", and are not applied to the bed.

Has this happened before? It happened every time I placed a Blood IV next to a bed (6 times).

bl1tz3n - This isn't caused by this mod and I'm not too sure what mod causes it. I've got the same issue in my game and have for a while now and really couldn't tell you what's causing it. It seems that even with the bog standard vanilla game that this can occur with things such as end tables and dressers or even vitals monitors. Unfortunately there's nothing that can be done about this.

I just want to highlight a possibly unintended interaction with healing mech serum

What happened before your issue?: I wanted to use healing mech serum on a pawn.

Expected result: I expected it to heal his dementia

Actual result: It removed "IV nutrition", but after that the IV nutrition status returned because he is still on a bed connected to an IV drip.

Okay. I've found the issue. The way the healer mech serum works is that it heals any hediff the pawn has from highest display priority to lowest. Dementia is on the brain (lower priority) than the IV Nutrition hediff on the Whole Body (higher priority). I don't think this is something I can fix unfortunately. You might just have to turn off the IV whilst you administer the mech serum.

What happened before your issue?:i built the ivs all 4 next to the bed

Expected result:they all work as planed

Actual result:only 2 worked but i try some stuff and found out that the iv has to be placed next the the head of the pacient so i have one the left one on the rigjt and one above.

IV's do NOT work diagonally. The IV working next to the head of the patient only is intended behaviour.

Actual result: Nothing happened

Are you using any other mods? If so, list them: I use a huge number of mods, so it's likely this is just some conflict, but reporting it in case it's something someone might be able to help me look out for and address.

I have tried this now several times with a variety of prisoners and sometimes it works on a prisoner and sometimes it just doesn't. I cannot find any rhyme or reason as to why it does this.

I can't really offer much to be honest. Like you say, it's almost definitely a conflict. Are there any errors in the console when you draw blood from the prisoner?

Minor Issue: Thrumbo was dying of the plague so i administered some antibiotics to it via an operation. the antibiotic buff now seems to be permanent.

Same here, but with a few colonists.

Could you check the console @SoupOfDoom? Or send me your log file? I can't reproduce this - same as with Omega.
