Everytime I have this mod selected to load,it crashes my game right after it says "Bethesda Studios".

Well, It shouldnt, unless if it conficts with another mod (either way it shouldnt). No idea what to say exept that you should probably check if any other mod does anything that this mod does, like for example: Changes guard armor and weapons, Changes guard factions and behaviour, Edits cells of a huge snow/Ice plateau island to the north of dawnstar, or assassinates all the Horkers north of Falkreath. Same problem, but I have no other mods, so idk what it could be. However I do not have the dawnstar pack, so maybe thats it? Idk, if youve got any ideas id love to try them cause this looks awesome

If by Dawnstar you mean Dawnguard...
Yes, you need that.
That is probably causing the crashes.

the mod works fine, but for some reason the guards shoot exploding arrows! is this a bug or something u guys put in (I have no mods that make arrows explode)

The guards are in their underwear when i uninstall this mod

The exploding bolts kill my character (Who is in full legendary Dragonplate armor, Has 375 hp, and is level 64) with 2 shots and i'd rather not turn on God mode everytime i feel like killing guards So please get rid of the exploding bolts because they make the mod Unlore friendly

Also, The crime system is now messed up i commit a crime a in Falkreath and the guards send me to the Castle Dour dungeon
