How To Give YourSelf A Admin In ULX
First Open Console "~"

If it does not work, then go to Options, Keyboard, and Advanced and check the Enable Developer Console.
If it doesn't work, then just change the key binding. (find it)

If the console works, then spawn on the server (your server).

Open the console and type

ulx adduser <user> <group>

<user> Change for YOUR Nick Name (or Steam ID)

<group> for SuperAdmin (or operator/admin)

If someone doesn't know what ulx is.
It's a thing that lets you make more funky stuff (admin commands).
You can download it from the workshop just type ULX.

it should be somewhere in top right corner of the menu? (or maybe on list)
was a long time since I used it, make sure you have ulx and mod enabled and keep looking for it

Unless the mod broke then we're helpless
