I can use it, but I do not have the feeling that the rush hours work anymore. I could set the clock on when I would have problems, between 8 and 10 and 4 and 8. I knew when it was getting dark, or light, some traffic jams would occur. Now I only have them in the middle of the night when a lot of tourism comes into my city to the nearest public transit option. I hope the creator of this really nice mod will have the time to fix it for the new updates.
