Inter-city Traffic Not Spawning
So I'm having an issue where inter-city traffic does not spawn when this mod is enabled. This does not affect traffic moving into the city or vehicles spawning inside the city. However, all traffic normally crossing via highways will not spawn. Civilian vehicles do not spawn after the initial spawn at the start of the new city, and industrial/commercial traffic will cross back and forth a few times before disappearing, leaving highways empty.

I have tried disabling all other mods, and the issue persists. If I disable Real Time inter-city traffic will instantly begin spawning as normal. Does anyone have an idea for a fix? Is there something able to be changed in a config file? I have seen other posts about the issue being caused by Traffic Manager, but I have the issue both with that mod disabled as well as in a city that never had the mod enabled to begin with.

It's normal for this mod to reduce traffic (including intercity traffic) at quiet times. I have plans to make this more configurable in the future, when I'm able.

Same here, when using Real Time mod, all intercity / outside connections does not spawn at all. No boats, no trains, and none of the industrial zones are able to import/export goods as there are no trucks,trains,boats spawning. Disabeling Real Time and everything goes back to working normally again.

Its a shame as I really love Real Time mod :(

I have not found a fix, I have had a few cities randomly fix themselves after playing for a while, while some retain the issue, though i'll note I have barely played recently. On disabling the mod the traffic returns to normal. If you start a new city I have been noticing it happen immediately, passenger vehicles do not spawn after those initially on highways, and commercial/industrial traffic will pass to each end of the map a few times before despawning.

I have tried disabling all other mods and the issue remained, so unless something is corrupted by another mod even after uninstalling I'm not sure. If it is a matter of having to play for a certain amount of time in a city, maybe a script somewhere is overloading another script or something along those lines, I know nothing about coding.

I have had no issue with traffic to and from the player city, short of fishing boats spawning irregularly (I haven't tried the fishing industry with this mod recently.) So with this issue it just decreases visible traffic on highways and makes toll booths less of a cash grab.
