I really like this mod, and I understand about the building growth, but I have mine at 100% (mainly is that I'm impatient - lol) but still they (buildings) take forever to build/grow. Sometimes I've notice that only roofs stick out of the grownd and the rest of the building is under ground - lol - so I buildoze the building next to it, and all of a sudden like a pop-tart popping out of a toaster, the building appears from under ground.

Other that issue, I LOVE Y OUR MOD.
