Random Regens
What if whenever you regenerate it would be random so you don't have to take the time to actually make an entirely new character every time? It would also be a good idea for RPs'.

Meanwhile it is a good idea and many modders attempted it, player creation is hard coded into skyrim and Modders dont have a way to "Randomize" your player model.

The people of Fallout:Who Vegas did it, and that game was older than Skyrim, if anything, with patience and some coding, you essentially can get that reandomness of being a Time Lord and not knowing what you may quite get if you regenerate!
