UPDATE - I have found out it works, but it blocks engine noise on full volume.

To bind: enter to console (Grave or ` key) and type in bind "your key" +vehicles_radio_gui
To use: press the binded key.

I'm having trouble trying to get this to work, when i attempt to bind my key, it says tha it's an unkown command, plez help a fellow steam user in need!

To bind, type this in console, replacing (your key) with the key you wish to press:

bind (your key) "+vehicles_radio_gui

Keep the quotation mark, that dictates where the key ends and where the command begins.
