Dark Energy
How do I increase dark energy storage. I have lots of starbase resource silos. several kugelblitzes but the storage never goes about 5000. Which means I cannot use sophia to learn an ancient technology on insane. I have over 80,000 dark matter even though I am getting the resource full message for both dark energy and matter both which I am told are set to 5000. One is lying, the other is not.

Insane allocation is not from ACOT, it´s from AoT which is very likely not updated to account for ACOT´s update.
