For some reason it says something like "no available shipyards" when i try to make a fleet with precursor ships.
This also applies to the science ships and so on, which dont appear in the ship building menu.
Am i doing something wrong? (playing on the latest stellaris version, i have gigastructural engineering, nsc3 and some other QOL mods). Will try to provide information if needed.
