Downsides :

Reloading this weapon is 30% slower.
No random critical hits.
Kind of took previous suggestions to think those up, but amped up pro's & con's to make it stand out more.

When you get a revenge or domination you will have a clip of Critics for 10 seconds
After you make a Building The Shotgun will have a Knock back effect similar of the Force-a-Nature

Hope this is balanced enough

Ok, but seriously, this could be a great SECONDARY Shotgun since we are lacking those quite a bit. But what do I know? I'm just a guy on the internet voicing their opinion.
