There's a very small arrow in the bottom right corner that you can click on to open the mod tools.

But tell me... How to arrange a civil war of a particular party? I constantly produces civil war or fascism, or democracy

Useful Commands:
set_party_popularity [ideology] (neutrality, democracy/socialism, communism, fascism/nazism)
civilwar (ideology) (country tag)

How can i change a name of my faction? Because i have a "Toolpack" faction xD. Maybe im so stupid

@Gross you can't name factions of your liking, there are certain options to choose from with autotarget but thats it
