country annexing tool doesn't appear at all, i opened the thing and checked it but when i press ctrl+alt+a nothing happens (everything else works)

Only the state transfer tool shows up, the toolpack and the annexing tool are missing from my screen.

Where does the transfer tool appear? Is it fully in the screen?
What about the coring, claiming and ideology changing tool?

There is only an enabler/disabler in the game. How do you change that?

The problem is probably that the windows are outside your screen. A temporary solution could be lowering the GUI scaling.

Does it only not work when you use the iron curtain mod? Or does it just not work in general?
