First let me say that I AM NOT THE MOD CREATOR, and secondly, I've been helping people with this mod for over a year, but havent used it in months. So i may be a bit rusty but ill try helping when i can.

First thing i reccomend doing if your game is having problems is to set it to either the top or bottom of the load order in your Skyrim options, It should so Main game, any DLC you have, then AFT, or put AFT on the bottom of the list, (You may have to fiddle with it, especially if you have other mods that say that THEY need to be at the top of the load list.)

Second; and i know this sounds simple and stupid but sometimes it workes sometimes it doesnt, is just exit skyrim completly and re-enter it.

Third: If you are using a non-vanilla follower it is a chance that they may not be able to be managed using AFT some modded followers can be used, some cant, idk why, compatability crap i assume. A possible solution to this is to use the spell (Make AFT Follower) You'll find it eventually if you just look through your spells/powers.

Fourthly: If you look in the AFT options long enough you WILL find the option you're looking for to make your follower run a certian type of comabt system, make it so they never die, dont set off traps, ect.

Fifth: If your AFT ReadMe book does not spawn i sudgest uninstalling then re-installing the mod

Six: Translating? Dont ask me i honestly have no idea.

Seven: The last possible solution i would sudgest to you would be to install this mod through the Nexus Modding Community
