A personal question...
HOW HE LOOK SO FLY? but seriously, if there a possibility to have it without the cigarette in his mouth in a separate style named "Law Abider" whilst keeping the cigarette style called "Law Breaker" ?

Yeah sure, making a copy with a toothpick instead. That said its been a while since Valve have added a new item with styles so there's a decent chance they'll only add 1 out of 2.

Ah true think that one was mostly for legal/copyright reasons though. Either way, added a second style that replaces the cigarette with a toothpick.
