This certain taunt kinda also ties with Spy and his disco taunt and Demo man because of his party etire

I disagree, I think this fits the scout perfectly, the way its cocky and self absorbed, I dont see this as a multi class taunt

Exactly, scout is perfect for this, adding this to other classes will just ruin the magic and not fit in with the characters personalities.

This is like saying kazotsky kick should only be for heavy, this would be a great all class taunt

Scout seems perfect for this, because hes his self confidence is so high and thinks hes better than everyone else. I think scout is good for this

Can we stop asking for every taunt to be all class, it's not actually an easy thing to do since they have to increase the amount of animations done by a factor of 8.

Yes, I agree that it would be a great all class taunt because of the fact that all of them are (or at least look like) they're using it in the video.
