How come there is still an England in the Normandy/Gascony areas? And why can't I use the same special decision which gives Britain all the innovations and techs as I can with the 'United France' mod?

This mod is not meant to replace England. It is meant to unite all the British isles, and Normandy and Gascony are not part of Britain.
I'm not sure what you mean by the innovations and techs decision.

I think you called it '♥♥♥♥♥♥ mode' or something like that.....when I activated it, I was able to advance France's tech well ahead of everyone else, and as a result conquer most of Europe, colonize large areas of North America and Eastern Africa, and even give England a bloody nose. I'd love for a cheat like that to be created for Britain that would allow me to do all those things as well

As far as I know, that is not part of the United France mod, and I haven't made any other mods that match that name. Are you sure you don't have some other mod activated as well?

I dont know......I've only first used your France mod and seen it pop up......it happens when I get stability at 3.

Yeah I just looked through my mod again and no events or modifiers are included in it. My best guess is that you have another mod running or that event is part of vanilla EU4.
