Ridiculous culture glitch
When i open my first policy tree as this civilization it always gives me an insane amount of culture over (1438837 this time) This does not happen for any other modded civilization i play as.

Strange;
well I have a different glitch using this mod. Whenever I start a game or re-load a savegame, I receive a free social policy.
I am wondering if anyone else has this problem as well?

I have had a look at the .sql code already, but I don´t know what needs to be changed to get this issue solved.
