ummm... it does. did you try it yet? Just get close and click. you can actually see the health going up in the bottom left.

Compared to the auto-wrench by Hijong, there isn't really much of a benefit. It's slightly faster than clicking a vanilla wrench as quickly as possible (which is the auto-wrench speed). It'd be really neat if this were faster and maybe had replaceable tanks using the reload mechanic.

@facemace Ok, maybe Ill buff the repair speed a bit. I don't think Ill add the reload thing, Its supposed to be an expendable item kinda like a health bag for a vehicle. Ill definetly compare the repair speed though

That's a delayed response... Apsel should add a welding mask too :p welding without eye protection is dangerous!
