While some of them do match really well, I think sniper and spys ones are sorta... well, completely out of character.

If I had to provide a solution, I'd say make snipers much more calm and smooth, especially during the fistbump itself. I'd also say Spy should be a lot more reluctant to do it like he is with the do se do.
