Does this mean, people with that issue arent able to play this yet?
Because I cant load the second level too.

The people that have that issue, that I was in contact with, were able to play after enabling simple shadows or starting in windowed mode. Also in this current release the sun position and shaders that were creating problems were changed. Are you still unbale to play after doing all these steps? If so let me know we'll try to figure out something.

How does one reach the second level?
EDIT: Nevermind. I though this be talk of another place in the game.

Huh, maybe I could turn off custom shaders 'till the level loads?

I've done all the steps but i still can't even load the first level. it just shows the message to wait until it loads and then crashes 2 minutes later

The first level is pretty basic. No s ripting just 3 convos.. if that poops your game I'm not sure what to tell you man. You might have issue with the core game at this point.

Doesnt work for me 2nd level. Tried simple shadows and windowed.

I've only loaded the first level once but I've never been able too load after that. I'll try to see if i can get it to work again but if I can't i'll just leave it for a while

You can't load first level because if you loaded second level game will (always?) load second level. Try use recommend settings but load map in full screen.
