If you can take a look at the translation file I would appreciate it.
All I have is google translate to make this work, and I suspect there is a bad character or something not right for the translation string.

Corrections done, no bad characters or strings because I rewrote them all (but technically I can't mentioned any wrong string or character in Google translate). Google translator are so Google, you know. Lots of lol. You may provide me strings from martian thermostat, because it have the same localization glitch.

Presume its mod config reborn glitch anyway. Because I never seen any Russian strings in it, but floating messages under cursor always showing Russian translation for your mods

Its fixed. I didnt need the translation changes in NASA Ed.
It was Mod Config Reborn. The font used didnt display Cyrillic characters. Changed the font and uploaded a new Mod Config mod.

Oh I plan on putting what you wrote back into NASA Ed, thanks for that.
I built that mod so long ago, I might as well go through it to optimize it if I'm going to upload it.

If you had to recommend a translation site, which one is better? Obviously a real person is better, but I dont have that luxury.

Russian is a very complex language, maybe only Chinese are harder, so there is no good automatic translation algorithms for both. Quality of translation is a much better between European languages, English and so then between English and Russian, English and Chinese. So for such two languages much better to keep original English strings and asking community for translation support, because sometimes Google translator production have no sense at all, or have completely different sense for native speakers and can generate ton of lulz.

As for example one of the string in this mod in Google Russian mean that University successfully killed colonists.
