I'm getting a glitch for my Skirmisher that's leaving him with only DD parts selectable, and for some body parts, not even those. I've got all the required mods for this mod, and the issue so far is unique to the Skirm's mag tier armor.

Now it's happened for a Reaper, so far, it's only the heroes.

I think I'm having the same problem as Mr. Shafto above me. On my current playthrough, I cannot use the powered armor option on my Templar, because with it her lower torso vanishes entirely (due to no options showing for the leg parts). The upper torso options were entirely from this mod, which I suspect is the problem. Switching down to plated armor restores my Templar's lower torso.

Could it be possible to fix this problem by adding an option to remove the customization options from all faction soldiers?
