It's more of a bug then a needed suggestion. I'll fix it at some point when I get some free time.

I can only suggest to make the menu as decision that give you the national spirit cuz they made it that you can't scroll the laws and ideas section

For some unknown reason your patch won't show up in mod category in the launcher.
