Not so much a new feature as a rename, but maybe make changes to a few German puppets. Namely, make Poland the Generalgouvernment or Generalgouvernment Polen, and Belarus into Reichskommisariat Ostland. Maybe even make Saudi Arabia into just Arabia when it's a puppet, since it's only called Saudi Arabia due to the ruling Saudi family, who would most likely be replaced.

Also, why isn't France "Vichy France"?

Bohemia was a Reichsprotektorat, not Reichskommissariat. "Reichsprotektorat Böhmen und Mähren"

the Saudi in Saudi Arabia is for the Saudi family which rules it, so it makes little sense to still be called that
