Apart from the Annihilation Tier 7, which I may habe to rethink, everything I wanted is here. So, yay!

ADDED/REMOVED
- Added Nuclear Ruin, the Biohazard Tier 7 ability! Cast to kill everything around you, and pity the poor bastards who survive.
- Removed Rocket Salvo and replaced it with Rocket Jump, which lets you jump around with a jetpack. And almost uniquely, it's released at level 15! Go me. Rocket Jump is also notable because it has a modified animation file.

CHANGED
- Contagion is now called Contamination.
- The charge bar has been improved.
- A whole bunch of abilities build charge properly!

- Iceshard's magical damage has been reduced slightly.
- Also, the Techmage uses it's own model files instead of referencing existing ones. This means Techmage custom animations won't (or SHOULDN'T) cause any problems.
