You cant go by 1904 also there is no scramble for africa
There is about 4 problems,
1. You cant even go by 1904
2. you cant colonize africa and you have to go to war with every country in africa just to "colonize" africa.
3. The politicial actions can not do much
4. the research only goes so far.

So the steam version? The github version is miles ahead of the steam version, and one of the dev’s branch already have a colonization mechanic. You can find the installation instruction in our discord server

Cant you just do Events of the Scramble of Africa? Like Britain, or France get a Historical pop up about them colonizing Africa, and the Player can choose too colonizes a part of Africa, either Historical, or Alt. Historical?

OR!

Can you can do it as a random event.

Either way works of me.
