they just is lots of wrong things
if they is diffrent eras. then why does it always say always false? it should be able to happen after all the researchs but no. also create a nobility for change of taxes isnt even a focus! dude add a feature of money to do these things. and make a way to make it.

The different eras say "always false" but that it just so that you can see the different eras without being able to 'select' them, and advancing in era will require you to have researched specific techs and be after a certain date, depending on how technologically advanced your nation is.
