smith with skill 84 can craft meitu grade, but atm making Mark III, some times mark II come out with better stats or even mark I come out with better than mark III :), on modded smithy making target weapon mark III starts coming out worse than mark I.... sth buggy here :), crafter is at lighted environment and I made sure that skill efficiency is max to her LVL... game version 1.0.59 (64x) Newland
