isnt this kinda pay to win
since there are no footstep sounds, you could use this to get behind a sniper who knows to turn around if he hears footsteps behind him

I would say probably not, mainly because you can get the same effect by crouch walking, and I would assume this taunt moves you at the same speed. But I don't really know

You're right. The taunt is, like, really sneaky so no one could see the spy.

it could, but adding spy's laugh or cheer voicelines could help balance the issue. But in reality, anybody who uses this to sneak into any objective could easily be detected as that walking speed is slow enough for a player to find you or reach you.

No, because to taunt, you have to be uncloaked and undisguised. Also, sniper don't even care when spy does the fencinng taunt and they take the 2*25 damage and let theselves be killed. They just don't care. I would be surprised if a sniper would listen to footsteps. A good sniper never relies on sound, so they should spycheck. Yes, this does give a slight advantage, but it can be ignored or you can just add the the earrape pink panther theme, half the people can't even hear a spy decloak behind them. Maybe add spy saying "shhhhhh"?

Dude, crouching doesn't make noise either, and it's the Spy... YOu don't make noise when you walk while cloaked, so if you use this it's just for the luls. Also TF2 has NEVER been pay to win, other than buying something from the shop to be able to have more backpack spaces.

crouching still does have (albeit quieter) footstep noises, but you're right, cloaking doesn't have footsteps sounds. forgot to think about that
