nope, terrible. You can just pop out of taunt mode and just stab them manually.

I think it should be a killing taunt... but it doesnt kill like instantly, when u press m1 or m2 he does the knife trick of this old TF2 Trailer where he decloaks and stands behind the sniper... you know? The old one where the engie stands in front of the spawn and all soldiers come in and die... i hope you get what i mean. So the spy moves like its shown in the taunt, and then you press m1/m2 and he starts fliping his knife and stabs... if in this moment is someone in front of him, he gets backstabbed! I think its a cool idea. maybe you can make that real :D

Its not really a good idea cause if it had to be a killing taunt with a knife what knife are you gonna use like a stock knife?
