T-Pose and Invisible NPCs
Some of them are T-Posing on me and some of them invisible. Can you give me suggestions to fix it? Thank you so much guys! I uninstalled all my addons, downloaded this but it changed nothing!! HELP!

I think it's that you need Half life 2, Episode 1, and Episode 2.

Or try unistalling then reinstalling the mod.

There are many addons conflicting with this, if you have bms content or inpc it will break so please disable or uninstall it.

i dont half life 2 episode 2 and 1 and it works

I installed all episodes 1 and 2 from Half-Life 2, so it's been fixed a little, but most of them are T-Pose or Invisible
