Drill Arm
I think the Drill Arm and maybe other specialized limbs from the Royalty DLC might be bugged, I can't install the drill arm onto a human colonist, and the item description leads to a link for adding the mining arm to an android

I have this problem as well - the android "mining arm" and the Royalty "drill arm" prosthetic don't play nicely together. The operation bill does not show up for humans and the human "drill arm" part redirects to knowledge base pages for installing the android "mining arm".

I was able to fix this myself:
1) Find in files in the mod directory for "InstallDrillArm"
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1386412863\1.1\Defs

2) Replace all instances with "InstallMiningArm"

3) Done!
