How androids get energy
like do they eat food and turn bio mass into biofuel or something
or they powered by alcohol like futurama robots
like what if i want to sent androids into expeditions or quests around the colony territory or run trade trips to colonies

They can eat or run on battery power.
I'm not sure, but I think they can forage more than they eat on expeditions.
