Do you have pharmacist installed? I have the exact same problem and I believe that pharmacist is causing it.

I do actually. I could remove it and try to see if that works. Have you had success with that strategy?

i can confirm that for now pharmacist is incompatible with android tiers and will cause errors, i hope they update and give the option to use nanokits as you could before this version, but for the time being i uninstalled it

Yes I can confirm, after removing pharmacist, all medical tasks that require medicine are working without pharmacist. My colonist are now using the highest level medicine instead of just herbal. In your case, I believe it will work with the androids as it seemed to default priorities to herbal med (which cant be used on androids) while pharma was active.

I had an issue with a T3 droid who was bleeding. But bugged out refusing to heal because they were wondering after a long assault. Even though I could force it to use the healing bench or a bed. It would only stand next to the bed bleeding.
