Androids and Psylinks
Whilst this is probably a little bit of a stupid question, I still want to be sure: Can androids get Psylinks? I do kinda doubt they can, but perhaps it's locked behind a specific tier or maybe I'll just have to use a biological surrogate. But I just want to be sure before I try anything like that.

I don't think so, I tried to get a T2 to use one but it couldn't. Instead I've been using a captured raider with a VX0 chip installed.

I have a T1 with level 2, but it seems you can only do that by reciving honor/titles via quests. Howeven keep in mind that they then also want a bedroom, you know with a double bed, that they cant use... :/
