update: it seems hes bothered by the fact that my Revia (from this mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2020041005&searchtext=revia ) sacrificed humanlike for the blood god.
Feels a bit weirs considering his genocidal backstory , but its probably slight mod incopability. My Desensitized from vanilla trait expanded is bothered by that as well, onlyone whos ok with that are my other Revia since they all have bloodlust by default
