To reply, you are going to need to use the Neural Chips in order to do so. You will need to implant a VX2 Neural chip in the human and i do not remember if you need to implant in the android (probably but dunno). After that, you will need the skymind network up and just duplicate or permeate your humans mind into the desired android.
