Moving Android's mind into surrogate.
I made a TX4I surrogate and tried to move T2's mind into it but only other active androids appear in a popup window. Is it even possible? Or did I need to make a non-surrogate android for it? Or not even TX series?

Think of a surrogate as a remote-controlled toy. You need a non-surrogate.

You can upgrade the surrogate by building and installing an artificial brain, but I'm fairly sure that's a more costly way of doing it.
