I'm having trouble determining what this thing does. I've used it on a tier 1, 4 and 5 android and I've only noticed an effect on the tier 1 android which got a boost to speed, manipulation and learning. The others don't show any in the health tab. Does it not work on the top tiers, with surgery, is it chance based, or does it have multiple effects with the health indicator only for one of them?
EDIT: Either I missed the health condition on the tier 4, or it popped up after loading (I have a lot of mods and one might be conflicting). Tested on tier 5 and it added like it should. Must've been an error the first time.
