Hardcore SK Bug - SOLVED
To those who can't properly use this mod with Hardcore SK (CE included).

Open the Defs folder -> Alien Race -> Open all T1-T5 files and change ParentName="BasePawn" to ParentName="SK_BasePawn".

Now it will properly inherit the racial data.
