I'd go and force-refresh the mod, including unsubscribing and then deleting the local files, including the cache. Might be an issue on your end.

I also asked on the subreddit and apparently the Command just doesn't have content right now. There might be a mission tree in progress.

They intentionally don't have the CB as a player because they are already mega strong.

What's wrong with players having an easier campaign if they want that? It doesn't feel right to me to intentionally nerf a nation just because the player is playing as them.

It's easy whether you have the CB or not. You can always do whatever you want in the console if you want it to be even easier.
