Rogieria - Mission "Exhume Rogier"
There is a mission which requires you to NOT have a Silmuna on your throne. This mission is needed to progress the rest of the mission tree. The problem is that your second (unique) government reform fixes your dynasty to the Silmuna dynasty.

It is now 1555 in my savegame and I've still not been able to progress this mission and I'm curious how I'm supposed to achieve this mission.

Maybe some event forces you to not have a Silmuna on the throne for some time (???)

I've posted this because two missions down from this 'impossible' mission you need to be at least in 1550 so I assume I'm behind in finishing this mission tree and may have missed something.

It's now almost 1580ish and I am completely stuck on this mission.

Yeah same here. I checked on the BitBucket site and it's a small mistake in the code, it's instead supposed to check that you Have a Silmuna instead of the current Not a Silmuna.
And the BitBucket version is already fixed so the Steam version should be fixed soon to.

Belatedly, you can autocomplete the mission with a console command if you're not in ironman.
