Calcite layer event (console event diggy.fallen.1)
Doesn't do anything.

The event fires but the pop up window doesnt have any options to select?

This is because the event depend on other flags set by prior events

According to the console I meet all required flags;
year is atleast 1535 ( 1537 )
Do not have global flag Onyx Hall
3 owned hold provinces ( 6 ) without ruined/infested
No provinces in Amhldir or Jade Mines
Do not have country flag refused fallen.

So according to the console, the event should fire, or is it province modifier that is required aswell?
