Where am I supposed to find Damestear for one of their quests? It doesn't seem to spawn in when colonizing, and the only locations with it I know of are far FAR out of the way.

I found mine in heroes valley(think was named) (province next to gold dwarves capital)
I dunno if they change randomly into and out of it.

Pretty sure you can also get an event for it to spawn in one of your holds. That's all up to rng though

I got it in the capital through an event, easiest +70 crowns province of my life

There is a random event for surface nation to get damstear meteor. Otherwise you have to get it in a hold while digging (through event).
