Electors not backing me (current emperor) despite having the highest rating?
This isn't the case of them having another backer, they just simply vote for themselves despite me having a (in some cases much much higher) higher score. I've not seen this in base game, and it only started happening after the religious dispute resolved. Any ideas for a fix?
