Small country revolt timespan
Playing Nimscodd and waiting for the Small country to appear so I can continue the mission tree, does anyone know about what time they will start? Else, is there a console command to do it manually?

It's currently 1570 and no revolts in sight, could have sworn they started earlier in previous playthroughs..

I believe they appear around the same time as the Netherlands do in the base game.
Through console commands you can tag one of the halfling nations and use console commands again to give them provinces in the region. They don't need a lot to form Small Country.
