Stats or not?
What do u think? Should it be normal or with stats?

Large melee range
+15% damage
One hit knockback the enemy
-25 max health
make you 40% slower when you are using it (and for 2 seconds after you switched to another weapon)
and cannot use the chargin' targe and splendid screen

+10% extra speed on wearer (Since the weapon looks small)
-15 Max Health
-10% damage penalty

Seems like a very balanced set of stats and plus we need the opposite of the scotsman skullcutter so I can go speedy gonzalez

since it has a huge blade i think it might have increase damage like the scottsman skullcutter but with slower attack speed!!!

+Right click: Grabs the enemy and pulls them toward you.
-Cannot use Charge while weapon is out
-Cannot Detonate Stickies while weapon is out
+Hooked enemies bleed for 5 seconds
-10% damage
-25 max health
+large melee range

Yeah,true,but Valve sees the ideas and picks a few parts from some they think is balanced,then continue on with their balanced thoughts.So basically they start from the community.

Instant kill on enemys using food based weapons
Houner bound: can't switch weapon until player gets kill
+20% damage on kill
